It is possible to renew the certificate if the certificate has not expired at the time of renewal. The cost of 1 month of renewal is 100 AED, 6 months - 200 AED.
100% return possible within 14 days after purchase. The cost of courier delivery and gift wrapping is not refundable.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with clause 9.4 of the Public Offer, the Agent withholds a service fee of 15% of the order value.
An expired certificate cannot be returned in accordance with clause 9.3 of the Public Offer.
To return, you must write an application.
Documents for return:
- scan/photo of a signed return statement,
- scan / photo of a sample passport,
- scan/photo of the incident receipt,
- scan/photo of the gift certificate.
