Delivery time and cost

• Pick up
  You can pick up on the day of the order from the points:
  • Office 800A, Ibn Battuta Mall - Jebel Ali Village - Dubai
  • Working mode: monday-friday from 10:00 till 20:00. Free pick up.
• Courier delivery Delivery next day (except Sunday) if ordered before 17.00. Delivery time from 10.00 to 18.00 (interval multiple of 3 hours).
  The cost is 20 AED. When ordering from 800 AED delivery IS FREE.
• the cost and delivery time may be increased on holidays!
• Express delivery on the day of order Delivery within 3 hours when ordering before 16.00 from Monday to Friday. The cost is 60 AED.

Payment Methods

You can pay for the certificate in 2 ways:

• cash to the courier upon delivery or at the pickup point,
• by bank card Visa or MasterCard through the website.

E-voucher certificates are sent within 15 minutes after payment automatically to the customer's e-mail, which is indicated during the ordering process. Carefully check the correctness of the entered address when buying.е.
